At Windy Ridge we have assembled an impressive array of herdsires. It is important to us to maintain a high level of genetic diversity while perfecting the fleece quality of our offspring.

Our herd consists of over 25 different bloodlines, with a spectacular herdsire line up. At the top of that list is our own Jolimont Peruvian Pauco. Pauco has been referred to as the "Hemingway of Canada".

In order to keep our bloodlines somewhat exclusive, we offer a very limited number of outside breedings, with a few of our males being bred only to Windy Ridge stock. Breeding stock clients do have access to all our males, with a discount on breeding fees.
